Why are we organizing Lock in & Build hackathon?

As new AI tools are being launched literally every single week, it has become really easy to build solutions and bring your crazy ideas to life.

It feels like everyone with an idea and their mom have some sort of platform in the development phase.

We thought it would be fascinating to bring these people together and give them a platform to showcase whatever they are building.

That's why we launched Vibe Code Atelier monthly meetup series in October 2025, so that builders, dreamers, and innovators of this age would come together to share ideas with each other.

Little did we know that it would become massively popular event series in Tallinn – 80-90 of you would show up on each one of our events to share your work with the community.

Engagement, passion, and dedication to showing projects have been unmatched on these events.

So, 7 meetups, 25 demos, and 100s of attendees later, we thought maybe it would be interesting to bring this cool people together for the whole weekend, give them AI credits, and make them build cool solutions together.

And that's who Lock in & Build hackathon came to life.

This hackathon is for true builders, founders, vibe coders, indie hackers, designers, marketers, engineers, Claude Code nerds, PhDs, lego fans, original tech bros… everyone who is obsessed with building things.

You asked for it, we made it happen.
